Morning and night, on skin still slightly damp from cleansing. Damp skin holds the hydration better.
Face and body
It is formulated for both. The neck and hands age first and get skipped most.
Then sunscreen
In the morning, always follow with SPF. Moisturiser first, sunscreen last, no exceptions.
The questions we actually get.
Is it heavy enough for very dry skin?
For most dry skin in Indian conditions, yes: the ceramide complex does more for dryness than a heavier cream with nothing in it. If your skin is severely dry in winter, layer it over a hydrating serum rather than reaching for something greasier.
Will it break me out?
It's a light lotion formulated for sensitive skin, which removes the most common triggers. Oily and acne-prone skin generally does well with it. Barrier damage is often what keeps acne going.
What's the difference between the 100 ml and the 50 g?
Only the format. The 100 ml is a pump bottle, the 50 g a tube that travels better. Same formula, same pH, same three ceramides.
