Products and information
Our products are cosmetic formulations intended to support skin health and appearance. They are not medicines, and nothing on this site (including the journal, the concern guides and the skin quiz) is medical advice or a diagnosis. It is general information written to be useful. For any persistent, painful or changing skin concern, consult a qualified dermatologist.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. We may correct pricing errors and will tell you before dispatch if one affects your order. Acceptance of an order occurs on dispatch, not on payment.
Availability
Products are subject to availability. Where an item is unavailable after you've paid, we'll refund it in full rather than substitute something.

Intellectual property
The content of this site (text, photography, design and formulation documentation) belongs to DavaniQ Pharma Pvt. Ltd.. You're welcome to quote or link to our journal with attribution; please don't reproduce it wholesale.
Liability
We stand behind our products used as directed. We can't accept liability for reactions arising from use contrary to instructions, from use alongside prescription treatments without medical advice, or from a known allergy to a listed ingredient. Always patch test if you react easily, and read the full ingredient list printed on the pack.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month. If we have not resolved it to your satisfaction, you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India for anything concerning your personal data, or to the consumer authorities for anything concerning an order.
