CeraniQ Hydrating Bar

A bar that doesn't behave like soap.
★★★★★Loved by our community

Ordinary soap is alkaline, and skin is not. That mismatch is why bar soap leaves skin tight, itchy and prone to flaring. This is a syndet bar, formulated near skin's own pH, with shea butter and vitamin E doing the work that glycerin alone can't. Suitable for face and body, and particularly for anyone whose eczema-prone or very dry skin has been told to avoid soap entirely.

Protects the skin's own lipids from oxidation.
Glycerin

Draws water back in as it cleans.

Full ingredient rationale for each active is on its own page. If a percentage isn't stated on a product you're considering — ours or anyone's — that's worth asking about.

How to use it

Simple, and done properly.

STEP 01

Face and body

Lather in hands first, then apply. Rubbing the bar directly is harsher than it needs to be.

STEP 02

Lukewarm water only

Hot showers are the most under-rated cause of dry, itchy skin in Indian winters.

STEP 03

Moisturise within three minutes

On damp skin. This window is when a moisturiser does most of its work.

Honest answers

The questions we actually get.

Why a bar and not a wash?

For very dry and reactive skin a well-made syndet bar is often gentler than a foaming wash, and it travels without leaking. Formulation matters far more than format.

Will it dry out my face?

No — it's built to leave a conditioning film. If your face feels tight afterwards, the water was too hot.

Can children use it?

It's mild enough for most, but check with your paediatrician for infants or anyone with active eczema.
